Handles guest check-in and check out
Greet and communicate with guests
Ensures guest concerns are handled (customer service)
Light cleaning of lobby and common areas/breakfast room
Answering guest inquiries by phone, email or in person
Create hotel reservations for guest by phone or in person
Perform any clerical duties to keep office running.
Must be mature, organized, reliable, and have fairly updated computer skills. Have strong communication skills. Employer will train on company systems, policies and protocols.
