Duties & Qualifications:
Our Customer Service Specialist role on a Great Blue Resort is an important contributor to our cottage owner and guest overall happiness and vacation satisfaction.

We are looking for a few great Customer Service Specialists who love to work with the public.
This position is key to managing our cottage owner and guest needs, while managing incremental sales and administration activities in our Welcome Centre. As the Customer Service Specialist, you are the ambassador, the “go to” person on the resort. You could be answering phones, scooping ice cream, managing the cleaning team, receiving deliveries, checking in rental guests, processing paperwork or helping with fireworks. Every day is a little different, fun and exciting!
