Duties & Qualifications:

MBRP Ltd. is a fast-growing performance exhaust manufacturer & distributor of performance exhaust systems for the automotive and powersports industries in the Huntsville manufacturing facility in the heart of Muskoka looking for a Customer & Product Technical Support Representative.

Responsibilities:

  •  Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and regulations
  • Use or wear the equipment, protective devices or clothing that MBRP requires to be used or worn
  • Report to your Supervisor the absence or defect in any equipment or protective device of which you are aware and which may endanger yourself or another worker
  • Report to your Supervisor any contravention of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and regulations or the existence of any hazard you observe
  • Comply with MBRP Policies and Procedures that apply
  • Report to Customer Service Team Leader

 

Specific Job Duties: 

  • Provide customer guidance for product information, technical information and application, installation support, troubleshooting, and further assisting with solutions to issues uncovered both through phone calls, emails and other forms of customer interactions regarding MBRP product line.
  • Use Design and Sales teams as required to determine solutions as a resource
  • Assist customer to purchase product.
  • Work with dealers/distributors for stock checks and order status updates
  •  Resolve customer complaints and complete warranty claims in a timely manner and process to the satisfaction of both the customer and MBRP.
  • Assign RMAs for appropriate circumstances and follow through to completion
  • Provide accurate pricing using computer system
  • Record phone calls and emails in Customer Relationship Management system
  • Enter sales orders from customers and send pick slips to warehouse

Additional Job Functions:

  • Support to various departments based on needs for special projects like Authorized Dealer Program, eBay and Kijiji sales, Sponsorship support, etc.
  • Provide sales support at trade shows and events as required
Requirements:

Other Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced computer functions (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Syteline, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience dealing with difficult customers – problem resolution/complaint resolution
  • Flexible with hours/schedule Shift Timings: 5 Days a week (Monday – Friday), 8 AM – 4 PM.
