Proof and bake breads, rolls, muffins, cookies, pies, pastries and donuts according to company standards. Determine and adhere to production requirements on a timely basis. Maintain a safe and clean work environment according to the local Health Unit and WSIB. Receive, verify and store bakery deliveries, ensuring good stock rotation. Take weekly bakery related inventories.
Kitchen experience an asset but not necessary. We are willing to train.
Ability to take and give instruction, leadership skills, problem solving, good relations with staff and customers alike, transportation
