Hours of Work: 9 to 4 Monday to Friday
Wages: $15.50 - $19.00 per hour
Duties & Qualifications:

Receiving phone calls
Scheduling of appointments
Preparation of documents
Client file management
Filing
Online ordering
Shipping / Receiving product
Light housekeeping

Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills.
Computer experience a must and proficient with email, Microsoft Word, Excel and computerized scheduling.
Solid written and verbal skills.
Excellent organization skills
