ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments for customers CORE COMPETENCIES: – Excellent written and verbal communication skills |
Minimum Grade 12 Diploma, Post Secondary Diploma in Business or past work experience in dispatching an asset. In office training closely monitored by Service Coordinator while learning functions of the job. Training period varies, but may last 2-4 weeks. |
This is a 12 month contract position, with the possibility of extension based on job performance. The successful candidate will be filling in for a MAT leave, and will shadow our current employee until they leave for the year.
