The Role

We are hiring a Summer Retail Associate to manage our retail cabins and support our weekly markets from June through October.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role suited for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with guests, and being part of a lively seasonal atmosphere — while still being trusted to operate independently.

You will manage your assigned retail cabin, support market days, and ensure a warm and seamless experience for visitors throughout the summer season.

Responsibilities

• Independently open and close retail cabins
• Provide friendly, engaging customer service
• Operate point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space
• Restock merchandise and monitor inventory
• Assist with setup and breakdown of weekly markets
• Support vendor coordination on market days as needed
• Ensure accurate end-of-day sales reconciliation

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Retail or hospitality experience preferred
• Able to work in an outdoor environment
• Must have own transportation
• Available to work weekends
• Positive, energetic attitude — especially during busy market days
