Parts Counter Person-Full Time

Northgate Power Equipment in Gravenhurst is hiring:

PARTS COUNTER PERSONNEL- Full Time

Hours:  Mon- Fri.  8:30 – 5:30. potential Saturday rotation

Wages: Starting $18 - $22. Wage/hours/holidays.  Negotiable based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
• Answering customer inquires, either in person or on the phone
• Prepare simple repair orders, helping service dept when required
• Maintaining records through dealer CRM
• Receiving/ ordering parts
• Communicating with Technicians
• Sourcing parts through various venders
• Sell simple power equipment products, helping sales dept when required
• Sell power sports & power equipment parts & accessories
• Complete all required training through various OEM manufacturers (eg. Polaris, Honda, Stihl, Mahindra
• Keep track of parts inventory.
