Job Title: General Labourer - Seasonal

Location: Bracebridge, ON

Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (Weather Dependent)

Wage: $27 per hour, with room for growth

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Labourer to join our team for a seasonal position. This role involves the fabrication of steel and carpentry work. While welding experience is not required, it is considered an asset. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working at heights and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. We are willing to provide training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble steel structures and components.
• Perform carpentry tasks as required.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow instructions and guidelines for each task.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Working at Heights certification.
• Comfort with working at heights.
• Basic knowledge of steel fabrication and carpentry.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in welding (not required but helpful).
• Prior experience in a similar labour position.
• Working at Heights Certification
