Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers while supporting our operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, have experience in the construction, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC industries, and be proficient in using key office tools such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and answer inquiries.
• Handle dispatching for our plumbing, electrical, heating, and HVAC services.
• Manage schedules and ensure timely service delivery.
• Work with QuickBooks for invoicing and record-keeping.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Business applications for communication and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a trades or contracting environment.
• Knowledge of the construction, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC industries is a must.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Business applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Compensation:
Hourly wage: $18-$23 depending on experience
Volume-based bonus structure
